These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 77bd ("Platform" or "We"). This document governs your use of all services, games, and features available through the 77bd platform, including the website and mobile application.

By registering an account or using any part of the 77bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms set out here. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

77bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the latest version on the platform. Continued use of the 77bd platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2Registration & Account Management

To use 77bd's services, you must register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other required details.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use the 77bd platform.
• You must be registering for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party.
• Each individual is permitted to register only once one account only at 77bd. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You may not register using another person's identity or any false information.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

77bd reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, and proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 77bd account password and login credentials confidential. Never share this information with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the 77bd support team immediately. 77bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user voluntarily sharing their own account credentials.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

77bd accepts deposits via a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.

Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Withdrawals via FPX bank transfer take 1 to 3 hours depending on the bank's operating hours. Withdrawals requested on public holidays may be delayed by up to 1 business day. 77bd is not responsible for delays caused by technical failures on the part of payment service providers.

5Bonuses & Promotions

77bd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM1,000, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, Lucky Draw events, and festive special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions running simultaneously on the same account.
• 77bd reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts.
• Each bonus package has a validity period that is clearly stated. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77bd platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying their bet details before confirming. 77bd will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets, except in cases of verifiable technical errors that caused a system fault.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Use of bots, automated systems, or any other method to exploit the 77bd platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent the platform's risk limits.
• Placing bets on both opposing sides of the same event using multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error within the 77bd system for unauthorised gain.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the 77bd platform.

77bd reserves the right to void bets, forfeit winnings, and close accounts if any of the above conduct is detected. 77bd's decision in such matters is final.

7Casino Games & Slots

All Live Casino games at 77bd — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — as well as slots, are powered by licensed software providers that use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited by recognised testing bodies. This ensures every outcome is completely random and fair.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and 77bd is not responsible for any misunderstanding a player may have regarding the game rules. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing any bets.

8Sports Betting

8.1 Odds & Changes

• Odds displayed reflect the latest available odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• 77bd reserves the right to suspend betting markets for any event without prior notice.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by 77bd.

8.2 Sports Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sporting body.
• If an event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For live (in-play) betting, the state of play at the moment the referee stops the game is considered final for bet settlement purposes.
• Bets placed on handicap, over/under, and half-time result markets are governed by their own settlement rules, which can be reviewed on the 77bd support page.

9Online Lottery

• Purchased lottery tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Draw results are final and cannot be disputed.

10Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

77bd reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The user has engaged in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 6.
• Users found operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or make fraudulent bonus claims.
• The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• Users under the age of 18.

In proven cases of fraud, 77bd reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings in the account without any refund. Original deposit funds not involved in fraudulent activity may be returned at 77bd's sole discretion upon completion of the investigation.

1177bd's Liability Limits

The 77bd platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, 77bd shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from the use of the 77bd platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 77bd's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party sources, including sports match scores or other statistics.

In all circumstances, 77bd's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendments & Applicable Law

77bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of amendments will be given via registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances that require immediate amendment.

Continued use of the 77bd platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between both parties before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
